Artistree offers a better wait-list to help customers (you) to see your position in a queue of however many commissions I may have as a seller. It also helps better with organizing your refs, processing times, delivery estimates, and so on. I encourage you to use this over Ko-Fi to help me get used to it, however if you prefer comfort then Ko-Fi is the way to go!I've been on Ko-Fi longer than Artistree, and have a goal fund set up there as well. Both sites use the same payment method!
Welcome to my ToS - or Term(s) of Service! By commissioning me you agree to follow these terms whether you've read them or not. If you have any questions or concerns, please mention them when filling out a commission forms over on my Artistree, or by adding an additional comment/DM if using my Ko-Fi !
By commissioning me, you (the client) are agreeing to my Terms of Service. The terms are as follows, and may be edited at any point in time (with updates);You, the client, agree to use the commissioned work for personal use, unless you have purchased a Commercial Use add-on. You are not able to turn any commissioned work into any form of NFTs (non-fungible tokens), or feed the commissioned work into any AI (artificial intelligence) machine, such as the following; ChatGPT, character.ai, Hugging face/Hugging Chat, Replika, OpenAi, etc...
Reselling of any bought/adopted characters are allowed as long as you, the client, post the original work drawn by me, with proper credit. Any other commissioned art, if involving custom characters or ocs, may also be resold following the same rules.
Working through any loopholes within this ToS is an automatic blacklist on future commissions. If a purchase has been made prior to being denied, a full refund will be available.
